<p>It&#8217;s time for another round of &#8220;Does it Hurt?&#8221;.<br />
Casey shot this picture at the SW3 event in Philadelphia. The green stuff visible on the top half of the cutting is green tattoo pigment; ink rubbing is a hybrid of scarification and tattooing. After the cutting is completed tattoo pigment (ink) is rubbed into the wound and wrapped. Cutting by  Keith from To the Point in Calgary.</p>
