I got a Facebook friend request today from Christian Bedics. I’ve been horribly behind in my friend requests lately, so I almost overlooked it. Luckily I skimmed through his portfolio and upon seeing his scarification work, was damn glad I took the time to check him out.

Using my handy Google Translation tool, I’m fairly sure that Christian works in Germany, at Time Travelling Tattoo.

This piece, his first on the Scarwars blog, blew me away. I’ve featured quite a few cuttings over all black tattoo work (click the Black Work Tattoo tag for more) , but the composition of this piece is beautiful. The planning that must have went into this is impressive.
